- Use the same email address you gave at checkout.
- Tell us you want a refund. You don’t need to say why.
Please do not send your card number in the email.
What happens next
We send the refund back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides when it shows up on your statement.
Your card statement lists the charge as FOCUSED FOUNDERS LLC. That is the company that sells the books.
